Improvements:

1. [LUNA-8368] New parameters for create restream and get stream retransmission have been added to adjust the behavior of the restream:

   • shared: restream available without a token

   • persistent: restream don’t have ttl.

2. [LUNA-8369] It is now possible to specify authorization parameters for stream reference. The data.authorization field was added to the create stream request.
