Improvements:

1. [LUNA-8442] Event matching result schemas have been updated: the candidate_origin field has been added to specify where to store empty matching results.

2. [LUNA-8570] Added group_ids filter for GET /streams/logs request. If set only logs for streams that belong to the specified groups will be returned. See get streams logs request.

Bugs fixed:

1. [LUNA-8442] Fixed phantom match result records being created in both face_match_result and event_match_result tables when match candidates list is empty or contains only one type of candidates.
