Improvements:

1. [LUNA-8582] New lambda deploy parameter deploy_parameters.resources.gpu_limit: maximum number of GPU cores used by each pod. If enable_gpu=1, the value should be >=1, default is 1. Otherwise the value should be 0, default is 0.
