Improvements:

1. [LUNA-8368] New parameters for register stream, get restream, delete restream and create restream have been added to adjust the behavior of the restream:

   • shared: restream available without a token

   • persistent: restream don’t have ttl and will work until be deleted.

Bugs fixed:

1. [LUNA-8368] Now the restreams will be automatically recreated when the service is restarted.
