Improvements:

1. [LUNA-8648] Behavior of the human_tracking analytics where updated in next key points.

   • Default value of frg-subtractor tracking setting updated to 0 for all tracker types. Value can be modified via VL_TE_FRG_SUBTRACTOR environment variable.

   • The HS tracker type now is used by default if tracker_type and body_reid fields not provided in request. See videosdk
