Improvements:

1. [LUNA-8566] Added event_source_groups query parameter for GET /streams/count request. See count streams request.

2. [LUNA-8567] Added check_agent query parameter for create group and replace group requests. When check_agent=1, the service verifies that at least one active agent exists that is capable of processing all specified analytics for the group.

3. [LUNA-8567] Added source and event_source_group fields to the stream_settings object for groups. These fields are available in create group and replace group requests and are inherited by streams linked to the group.

4. [LUNA-8567] Added sources and event_source_groups query parameters to get groups and get group count requests.
