Improvements:

1. [LUNA-8371] Updated reference link behaviour for external agent in cases when link refers to object stored in luna-image-store objects bucket. In this case external agent will request the object via the corresponding luna-api request, using external agent authorization data.

2. [LUNA-8650] Added the ability to write plugins to replace the service’s estimators; see the plugin guide for details.

1. [LUNA-8705] The documentaion links mechanism has been updated. Links now point to a local service, by default at http://127.0.0.1:5320. The address is configured via the setting PLATFORM_DOCS_ADDRESS.
