1. [LUNA-8727] Fixed lambda image creation with kaniko against region-strict S3: the kaniko build context now uses the presigned HTTPS archive URL (instead of s3://) for HTTPS S3 endpoints, avoiding kaniko’s incorrect S3 request signing.
