Bugs fixed:

1. [LUNA-8754] Fixed ‘estimators_performance_stats’ in system info: an SDK estimator reporting only one of ‘batch_size’ or ‘execution_time’ in a given month (e.g. image_load, which never reports ‘batch_size’) was silently dropped from the report instead of appearing with the missing metric as null.

2. [LUNA-8754] Fixed ‘estimators_stats’ in system info: usage of the head_pose_estimator_usages SDK estimator was missing from the report.

3. [LUNA-8754] Fixed ‘image_processing_stats’ in system info: an image/face detection height value at infinity produced a malformed histogram key instead of ‘inf’. The route is also now resilient to unexpected ClickHouse errors instead of failing the whole request.
