Improvements:

    #) [LUNA-8691] A new `move streams <../_static/api.html#operation/streamsGroupMove>`_ request was added. Unlike the pair
       of the `attach/detach <../_static/api.html#operation/streamsGroupLinker>`_ requests, it moves the streams
       from one group to another atomically. See the request description for the details.
