    #) [LUNA-8917] Lambdas could fail to start when the `LAMBDA_DEPLOYMENT_SETTINGS` setting was saved without the
       ``parralel_job_limit`` key in the ``default_namespace`` section or in one of the ``allowed_namespaces``
       entries: such a value used to be accepted by the settings API, and the lambda only failed afterwards,
       while loading its settings, with an invalid-config error. Now the key is required for every namespace
       entry and is rejected on write when it is missing (see `job queue <../workflow_queue.html#job-queue-architecture>`_
       for what the limit controls), and setting rows stored earlier without the key are updated by the
       settings migration to the default limit of 10 jobs per namespace.
