Improvements:

1. [LUNA-8737] LAMBDA_RESOURCE_LIMITS setting was renamed to LAMBDA_DEPLOYMENT_SETTINGS, and now also supports a custom per-namespace Kubernetes deployment manifest. See custom deployment manifest for details.

2. [LUNA-8872] The address of configurator service which used by lambda can now be configured using LAMBDA_DEPLOYMENT_SETTINGS. See developer documentation <../lambda_deployment_manifest.html#configurator-address> for details.
