Improvements:

1. [LUNA-8831] An environment variable VL_CACHED_MATCHER_KEYS_RETENTION was added. It sets how long, in seconds, the cache keeps keys of the applied changes, 2 seconds by default. The value should exceed the duration of the longest writing transaction of luna-faces and, if the database is replicated, the replication lag.

2. [LUNA-8831] A section descriptors cache was added to the documentation.

Bugs fixed:

1. [LUNA-8831] The descriptors cache lost changes of the transactions which were committed out of the order of the link, unlink and list deletion keys. The cache applies the changes by the keys and keeps the keys of the applied changes for a while, so such changes are applied as well.
