Improvements:

1. [LUNA-8381] General events matching candidates accept targets: a list of general event fields (event_id, event_type, account_id, event_create_time, event_end_time, source, source_group, stream_id, track_id, location, event, similarity) to return. If targets are not specified, general events with all the fields are returned, as before.

Bugs fixed:

1. [LUNA-8381] General events matching via a matching plugin, which requires the match result enrichment from the database, failed if the source_group target was requested (it is requested by default).
