Improvements:

    #) [LUNA-8873] The agent ``max_stream_count`` declared in the `register agent
       <../_static/api.html#operation/registerAgent>`_ request is now limited to 256: agents
       claiming more streams are rejected at registration, which keeps stream binding within
       safe database locking limits (LUNA-8873)

Bugs fixed:

    #) [LUNA-8938] The database scheme image in the documentation is actualized, it now shows the current
       tables and fields, see the `database scheme <../database.html#db-scheme>`_ page

    #) [LUNA-8965] Analytics no longer report the ``done`` status before the agent has actually started them. After a
       stream is handed to an agent for start they stay ``in_progress`` until the first feedback arrives, and
       analytics the agent never started are returned to redistribution, see the
       `get stream <../_static/api.html#operation/getStream>`_ response
